Led the team implementing Enterprise Data Catalog and driving NDI data management maturity — in the Metadata Management and Data Quality domains — from baseline toward the highest level.
Delivered a data governance training programme — policies and processes — to multiple government entities, building lasting in-house capability. Repeated 20 times for a total of 1,000 government stakeholders.
