This notice is from Green Data. Our work is to help organisations govern their data well, so we hold our own practices to the same standard. In plain terms: this website collects very little, sets no tracking cookies, and never sells your information. The sections below explain exactly what we collect and why.

Our approach

Good governance starts with collecting only what is needed. We apply that to this website. We gather no more than is necessary to keep the site running and to understand, in aggregate, whether it is useful.

What we collect, and why

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that counts visits in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you. We use it only to see which pages are read and how visitors arrive.

Email you send us

Our contact options open your own email application. The site has no form that stores your details. When you write to us, we receive your message and use it only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.

Server logs

As with most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for a short period. These are used to operate the site and keep it secure.

Cookies

We set no cookies for analytics or advertising. Anything your browser stores is limited to what is strictly necessary for the site to work.

Who else is involved

Two providers help us run the site: Plausible Analytics for measurement, and our hosting provider to serve the pages. We share information with them only for those purposes. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep information

We keep information for no longer than we need it. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you. Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is useful to answer and follow up on your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to meet. To make a request, use the contact options below.

International visitors

We work with clients across the GCC, Europe, and beyond. Wherever you are, we apply the same principles: collect the minimum, be clear about why, and keep it secure.
